At WhiteCap Search, we’re dedicated to preparing Job Seekers for the next stage of their careers and supporting Employers in achieving their organizational growth objectives. We offer a holistic approach to client service, providing staffing, contract-to-hire, and direct hire job placement services.

Employee Career Paths

Recruiters & Staffing Associates: This is the backbone of our business. In this role, you will source and screen qualified candidates, navigate the interview process, negotiate offers and make placements with our client partners.

Account Management: All account managers work in a client service and sales capacity by managing existing client relationships and expanding those relationships by acting as the go-to point of contact for all hiring needs.

Sales/Business Development: Our sales team focuses on driving leads and outbound sales, obtaining new client partners, building client relationships, and earning new and repeat business from our client base.

Trainers: Each team has designated trainers who operate in a leadership capacity to teach recruitment processes, best practices and sales strategy to new and experienced recruiters.

Team Manager: Our team managers oversee all aspects of their teams’ operations including sales strategy, resource management, personnel development and goal setting for the business.

Operations: Our operations track is a critical part of our business for non-recruiting team members. Operational roles include administrative support, sales support, compliance, accounting and finance.

Shania Ellington

Senior Staffing Associate

Shania started with us in November of 2022 and has been nothing less than impressive. She is the perfect representation of what consistency, hard work, and persistence can look like. Since she started, she focused on mastering our fundamentals so that she can become an asset to the team and be able to assist our more junior team members. She came in at a time where our Professional Services Temp team needed someone to elevate our group to the next level and she’s done just that. It’s been an honor to see her growth over the past year and a half and am looking forward to see what she accomplishes in 2024!

Ben Wisdom

Recruiter - Healthcare

Ben started with us in June 2023 and has truly exemplified what we look for at WCS – he is an enthusiastic and supportive presence in the office, has great written and verbal communication, shows persistence, and a drive to succeed. He quickly became known as “The 7 PM King” around the office, managing a high volume of candidates and closing deals at a rapid pace for someone relatively new to recruiting. It has been incredible to watch Ben grow in his role, gaining industry knowledge, and sales skills, and now passing that information down to his peers and other teammates. Looking forward to seeing what he accomplishes in the 2nd half of 2024 and beyond!
