WhiteCap Search is seeking experienced Agency Recruiters to join our dedicated team. As a recruiter at WhiteCap Search, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and connecting highly qualified candidates with opportunities in this dynamic sector. In addition to this, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive business development and expand our network of clients in the industry.


A Day in the Life:  

  • Utilize innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top talent to both current and future job opportunities through our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms  
  • Provide a personalized experience for each candidate based on their qualifications and long-term career goals  
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify prospective candidates (both active and passive) in accordance with clients’ requirements  
  • Manage ongoing relationships with senior leadership, the sales support team, payroll, marketing, HR/benefits, and compliance  
  • Build and maintain relationships with job seekers to acquire market and industry knowledge, while also generating referrals and sales leads  
  • Coordinate the full life-cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment  
  • Act as a career coach by conducting formal screenings, providing interview preparation, feedback and general guidance to job seekers  
  • Engage with your team as an active member of a collaborative, high-energy culture that we’ve established centered around communication, goal setting, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Recruitment:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine their qualifications and alignment with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active job seekers to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  • Client Engagement and Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships.
  • Expand upon existing client relationships to drive more business for the team to support.
  • Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Present well-qualified candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Market Expertise:
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights.
  • Share market knowledge with clients and candidates to provide valuable insights.


  • At least 1-2 years of proven agency recruitment experience, preferably running a 360 desk

  • Strong track record of successfully placing candidates in direct hire positions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and terminology.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
