As one of the fastest growing firms in the country, there could not be a better time to join us!      As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development team for our Healthcare Staffing and Professional Staffing service lines.

Job Description:

Compensation : $50000 - $65000

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all job postings for new job orders, coordinate efforts with marketing team
  • Review all applicants who apply for open positions
  • Handle all resume submissions to client or client portal system
  • Manage scheduling and coordinating of interviews
  • Navigate interview feedback and offer process on all deals
  • Oversee onboarding of all temporary hires and work with Credentialing team to make sure start date targets are hit on time
  • Conduct and oversee quality checks and performance evaluations for placed candidates
  • Help sales team navigate new incoming orders and prioritize requisitions
  • Generate new business from existing clients
  • Build relationships with hiring and market managers and generate new business from existing accounts

And You Have:

  • Sales Experience, including Call Center, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales or Cold Calling
  • Previous Recruitment and  Account  Management experience with another staffing agency (strongly preferred)
  • Experience  with CRM/ATS software
