The Account Manager is the primary contact with the customer and responsible for maintaining the companies client relationship at designated properties!

Job Function:

  • The Account Manager is assigned to buildings to work with building tenants and property managers on the following services: cleaning, window cleaning, metal & marble and/or security.
  • The primary function of the Account Manager is to service existing clients. It is essential that the Account Manager ensures that the client is receiving the required level of services, maintain/grow the client relationship and identify/implement opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
  • Follow-up with customers, customer satisfaction, customer retention and clear, timely and accurate communications are the most important and overriding guiding principles of the Account
  • Visiting buildings and walking the floors daily. Meeting a building supervisor and walking through tenants and the buildings is expected three times a week.
  • Identify new opportunities for the company to propose to tenants, including services that should be expanded for existing customers and tenants that do not have any additional services.
  • Efficiently document all customer feedback and complaints


Job Requirements:

  • Must be highly organized and have experience of 8+ years working in a fast paced environment is ideal, but not required.
  • Must have Account management experience in the facilities management industry
  • Must be a team player with flexibility and the ability to work with a wide range of work force
  • Strong analytical abilities to review, exercise judgment, and evaluate claim information to make sound decisions.
  • Strong ability to act with confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to review and interpret complex and detailed documents.
