A Series B Funded SaaS is looking to add a Senior Accounting Manager to their team to own the Accounting function. This role will have 1-2 Direct reports, get a ton of exposure to Accounting & Finance, and help as the company continues to grow rapidly.

Compensation : $150000 - $175000

  • Support the revenue accounting & finance division for all subscription/project/services.
  • Prepare and own SaaS and renewal/retention, ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), Software Bookings, etc.
  • Partner with Sales and Services leadership to produce timely, efficient, and accurate revenue analysis, management, calculations, and reporting functions on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
  • Data input and invoice generation (i.e., build bookings for complex recurring revenue orders)
  • MoM revenue analysis and data auditing
  • Data imports for high volume, monthly billing, including billing reconciliations
  • Forecast monthly revenue and identify and communicate revenue opportunities to management.
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices in relation to sales bookings and revenue.

Job Requirements:


 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • 5-7+ years of SaaS/Software-as-a-Service accounting or revenue operations experience
  • Must have a working understanding of software bookings, ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
  • Analytical, with strong attention to detail (i.e., will audit large data sets and perform billing reconciliations)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and v lookups)
