Top-Tier Private Equity fund is looking to add a Manager to it's already impressive and lean Accounting and Reporting team. This role will have top leadership exposure across the fund globally as well.

Job Description:


Compensation : $125000 - $145000

  • Prepare the quarterly IFRS reporting requirements for parent company (overall Fund) and the Real Estate entity, specifically related to the Fund's opportunistic funds

  • Review and consolidate key information provided by subsidiaries for financial reporting, including but not limited to:

    • Significant transactions assessment

    • Quarter-over-quarter analysis

    • Intercompany reconciliations

    • Equity continuity and non-controlling interest reconciliations

    • OCI and currency analysis

    • Cashflow

    • Preparing consolidation journal entries

    • Financial statement notes preparation
       

  • Manage the subsidiary submission process for allocated investments, including:

    •  

      Distributing and communicating financial reporting templates and timelines
    • Reviewing IFRS submissions and working with key contacts to continually assess and address issues that may result in delays or inaccuracy of information

    • Training subsidiary accounting teams


Job Requirements:


 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience

  • Qualified CA or CPA

  • Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

  • Experience managing multiple entities with complex structures

  • Experience working with consolidation systems, preferably OneStream, is a major plus
