A publicly traded technology company is looking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager. This person can work fully remote.

Compensation : $150000 - $165000

  • Manage the month-end close
  • Review and approve posting transactions and journal entries
  • Review monthly account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly flux analysis
  • Support annual external audit and quarterly reviews
  • Ensure appropriate and adequate controls in accounting and reporting areas
  • Enforce and improve SOX process controls compliance
  • Review the company‚Äôs accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
  • Maintain a solid understanding of accounting policies and stay current on changes in GAAP
  • Lead a team of Senior and Staff Accountants
  • Manage projects and provide KPIs

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA required
  • Big 4 experience preferred
  • Must have Managerial experience
  • 7-11+ years of total experience
  • Ideally looking for candidates that have a foundation in public accounting, and then recent corporate accounting experience at a public company  
  • Strong aptitude for managing and analyzing large volumes of transactions and data
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly resourceful problem solver and fast learner
  • Ability to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
