A prestigious 300-person investment research and operational due dilligence firm is seeking a junior administrative professional to support their CEO and General Counsel. This role is responsible for providing executive support to members of senior leadership, predominantly their legal team, as well as assisting with the execution of general administrative tasks.

Compensation : $60000 - $75000

This position is a hybrid role with an expectation of in-person at least 3x per week in their New York office and will include regular interaction with global colleagues.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with calendar and appointment management for members of their internal legal team, and 2 partners of the firm
  • Booking travel arrangements for various staff members
  • Handling phone and e-mail correspondence
  • Filing and processing expense reports
  • Preparing, proofreading, and processing documents for internal and external use
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry
