Job Description:
This role will entail heavy calendar/meeting management, domestic and and international travel booking, expense reporting in Concur, events planning, assisting with onboarding new hires, handling various reports and PowerPoint presentations, and random events planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is strongly preferred
- 2-10 years' administrative assistant experience within a high speed corporate environment
- Strong calendar/meeting management, travel booking, and expense reporting experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically within Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong task/project management experience and ability to juggle and prioritize many requests at once
- Professional, reliable, hard working, and strong team player
