Rapidly growing investment bank looking to add an experienced office manager/administrative assistant to their team.
4 days per week on-site, Friday's WFH
Job Description:
Compensation : $40 - $40

50% Office Management
- Organizing conference rooms
- Setting up work stations for new hires
- Keeping the kitchen and other areas of the office tidy
- Working "outside of the job description" wherever needed when it pertains to office maintenance work
50% Administrative Support (4 partners within investment banking)
- Booking flights, events, dinners, and other travel (travel is mostly domestic but occasional to London/Paris)
- Handling their expense reporting via Concur
- Calendar and meeting management via Microsoft Outlook
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3-15 years' of administrative support experience, ideally supporting Director-to-Executive level team members within the financial services industry
- Strong calendar and meeting management experience
- Experience booking travel for executives
- Team player with strong work capacity and ability to stay organized with high volume tasks
