JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Develop buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements
• Assist clients with internal growth, succession planning and negotiation assistance
• Provide ownership and leadership transition assistance
• Identify, assess and pursue new business
• Manage and grow existing client base
• Mentor and train  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role working directly with clients
• AEC industry knowledge highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills required
• Prior management experience a plus
• TAS and M&A services including Q of E. Ability to generate new business from PE relationships
