One of the worlds leading financial institutions has recently launched  a Private funds team. The team is going to be delegated to identifying then valuing private investments for the entire firm. This person will report right to a Portfolio Manager and will play a key part in the investment process. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $125000 - $150000

  • Working with the portfolio team in identifying and developing opportunities for IP backed debt transactions across diverse geographies and solution lines.
  • Develop and present data analysis and processes to senior management team.
  • Produce quantitative modeling of financial transactions
  • Manage transaction pipeline and assist in deal documentation.

Job Requirements:


 

2-3 years of experience in debt capital markets or corporate finance background, experience in investment banking, sales and trading, or other capacity as an investment specialist. You have the ability to support M&A and other advisory transaction dialogue and activity.
