Analyst - Risk Assurance and Vendor Management

Compensation : $85000 - $95000

Job Function:
- Manage reporting of vendor program related information
- Manage vendor related data within GRC tool
- Onboarding and off-boarding of vendors
- Collect and review supporting documentation for potential and existing third Parties
- Respond to vendor management requests from external customers
- Conduct vendor risk assessments
- Develop strong understanding of business processes impacting the vendor management function
- Engage and assist control owners in conducting control testing across the Company
- Support and execute control test validation by reviewing control testing deliverables
- Track and monitor testing submission and report on testing results
- Help facilitate updates to the procedures, templates, and presentations
- Data compilation and synthesis for control testing themes, results, trends for reporting to control owners up to senior and owner bank management
- Assist with execution of SOC audits, including coordination with internal stakeholders related to walkthrough meetings and evidence collection
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-3 years of experience in working in the financial services industry
- Prior risk management, control testing or audit experience in the Banking/Finance industry or other similar function, ideally related to technology, information security or operational risk
