A prominent Credit Fund in New York City is looking to hire an AP Administrator due to the growth of its investments.


Compensation : $70000 - $85000

Job Requirements:

  • Manage the invoice payment process
  • Review invoices and vendor statements for accuracy
  • Monitor recurring invoices to ensure payments are made on time
  • Prepare transactions to be posted to the firm’s general ledger
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports to the corporate credit card statement
  • Maintain vendor information stored in the expense reporting system
  • Manage expense reporting process  


Job Requirements:

  • Accounting or related degree required
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Hedge Fund experience is a plus
