A Fast Growing Credit Fund in Connecticut is looking to hire for a Leadership position in their Family Office.

Compensation : $175000 - $225000

  • Provide various financial planning and wealth management services to founding and non founding partners  
  • Work closely with the fund accounting, tax and operations teams
  • Conduct net worth reporting and analysis of partner's capital and non-partners' capital assets
  • Responsible for account set up and oversight, liability management, bank financing, cash movements between entities and other special banking needs
  • Oversee subscription and redemption decisions and cash flow maintenance as well as other investment activity
  • Coordinate with firm's tax department and outside CPA firm for preparation of quarterly and annual tax estimates, payments and filings
  • Responsible for Estate planning including the implementation of estate transactions, ongoing maintenance of structures and arrangements, and working with internal and external counsel
  • Oversee retirement accounts, including annual contributions and investment selection
  • In charge of financial reporting for partner and estate entities
  • Oversee the partners' family foundations and personal giving
  • Manage the financial aspect of special projects and transactions from Aircraft management, home purchases, services to other partner family members, and much more

Job Requirements:


  • CPA or CFP Required
  • Accounting or Finance degree required
  • 8+ years of experience working in a wealth management firm, family office or with HNW individuals
  • Estate planning experience is a Huge Plus
  • Individual and/or Partnership tax experience is highly preferred
