A prominent Multi-Strategy Fund in New York City is looking to hire an Assistant Controller due to the growth of its funds.


Compensation : $150000 - $180000
Job ID : 22512

Job Function:

  • Review complex set of funds' books and records, and reconcile to fund administrator
  • Price a complex portfolio of investments spanning multiple credit product classes
  • Responsible for monthly close, fund expense allocations and reporting
  • Streamline and improve fund accounting processes and procedures
  • Interact heavily with the Trading Desk, Legal, Tax and Operations


Job Requirements:

  • Accounting, Finance or similar degree required
  • CPA is a huge plus
  • 8+ years of fund accounting experience or top tier public accounting experience with alternative asset management clients is required
