Job Function:

• Accountability for the coordination and facilitation of the delivery of quality patient care
• Direct staff in Q/A and PI activities that improve patient outcomes, patient satisfaction and enhances organizational efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge and expertise in participation of case management to provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to patients and their families.
• In  collaboration with the NM and the Clinical Educator, ANM will  assess the educational needs of the care team members and arrange for learning experiences.
• Provide timely performance appraisals according to HR schedules and policies.
• Support high standards for performance and inspire staff toward higher levels of achievement.
  

Job Requirements:

• Current NYS Professional Nurse Registration
• Minimum BSN; MSN preferred.
• BCLS
• Minimum  3 years current experience in healthcare management role
