A venture capital platform that supports entrepreneurs help build and establish breakout business is seeking a Assistant Operations Manager. The position is a do-all position covering operations and administrative work. The person will be the face of the company in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation : $70000 - $80000

  • Managing calendars for executive team members as requested, scheduling team meetings that require coordination across multiple calendars, and managing conference room scheduling
  • Assisting and supporting the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary administratively
  • Maintaining functionality and orderliness of the entire office, with a focus on conference rooms, kitchen and storeroom
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and snacks and ensuring these are meeting the needs of the team
  • Implementing and maintaining a mail-distribution process to manage shipping, receiving and circulation
  • Coordinating with outsourced IT support team, troubleshooting IT issues and stocking office printers
  • Providing support for special projects as needed


Job Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Office Administrative experience a plus
  • Attention-to-detail
  • Presentation and Organiation skills
  • Vendor management a plus
  • Financial Services or legal experience a plus
