Leading digital assets multi-faceted financial institution is looking to add a Product Control professional to an already lean and impressive Lending and Derivatives team. This role will have direct exposure to the CFO and the head of the trading desk. Job Function:

  • Support the month end financial statement close process for the Derivative Trading & Lending businesses and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Create processes and procedures for accounting activities.
  • Daily revenue reporting: reconciling trading desk estimates to actuals, identifying variances and coordinating with relevant groups to resolve.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare workpapers for external and internal audit.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the finance team on ad hoc projects.
  • Daily cash reporting: assist with monitoring and forecasting the cash flow and liquidity of the derivatives and lending businesses, managing the bank accounts and transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Automation: developing and implementing automated processes and systems to streamline and optimize the reporting workflow


Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years Product Control out of a bank or fund (preference for bank)
  • Derivatives and Lending experience required
  • CPA required, prior public accounting experience preferred
