A leading Private Equity firm managing $70B AUM, is looking to add to the Data Analysis & Investment Performance team within their Direct Lending fund! This Associate role will work with front office teams and technology developers on analytics requests for investors, fund finance reporting for the Direct Lending group and performance analyses on all investments. The fund offers strong mobility to other areas of the firm and the hiring manager promotes a strong work-life balance!


Compensation : $100000 - $125000

Job Function:

  • Complete investor data requests and other reporting requirements
  • Interact with and support front office and other groups within the firm, as well as external advisors and investors as needed.   
  • Produce track records and other performance attributes for the direct lending portfolio and funds  
  • Analyze P&L drivers and assist with fund performance reporting to management
  • Ad-hoc projects including technology initiatives and system enhancements as required  


Job Requirement:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience ideally at a private equity, hedge fund, or alternatives investment firm
  • Understanding of funds and fund structures, financial statements and accounting, including European-style waterfalls
  • Knowledge of financial performance measures and statistics
