WCS is looking for an Associate Pricing/Data Analyst to fill one of their clients openings. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $95000 - $130000

Job Function:

  • for pricing of listed products (equities, bonds, bank debts), structured products (CLOs, CDOs, RMBs, ABS), derivatives, FX, and crypto.
  • Review changes to front office pricing models and provide sign-off from valuation control standpoint
  • Work with Accounting to ensure accurate pricing sign-off for month end and quarter end
  • Understand the pricing methodologies of deriving a price from a broker valuation statement
  • Resolve daily independent price testing of tolerance breaks and monitor vendor price challenges
  • Liaise with Trading, Accounting, IT and internal teams to ensure daily pricing and P&L is being completed efficiently to mitigate risk
  • Analyze Market data from brokers, traders, counterparties, and vendors to reconcile and verify prices, market values, and profit/loss
  • FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT DATA
  • Post financial instrument setup and maintenance using security master data application
  • Instruments include but are not limited to bank debt, all domestic and global bonds and stocks, structured products, credit, interest rate and equity swaps, futures, foreign exchange, forward currency contracts, crypto
  • Posting payments to the accounting system

 


Job Requirements:


Job Requirement:

  • 3 years plus of experience in pricing and data
  • Experience with common Price and Security Masters, Charles River Development (CRD), Bloomberg, and VPM a plus
  • Proficient in excel and common excel functions
