National  CPA firm seeks auditor with Commercial, Real Estate , Hedge Fund or Private Equity experience.  

Job Description:


Compensation : $80000 - $150000
Job ID : 15811

Job Function:

  • Prepare budgets for each engagement Run client engagements including pre-audit planning
  • Review client accounting, operating procedures and systems of internal control Conduct audit tests to verify fair representation of client financial statements   Document workpapers and develop accounting worksheets
  • Perform research on technical issues Review staff prepared workpapers and programs
  • Identify issues and propose appropriate solutionsKeep manager/partner informed on status of job
  • Communicate with client in order to complete the audit in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
  • 2+ years of audit and/or assurance experience
  • Experience with commercial , private Equity/Hedge Fund   or Real Estate clients
  • CPA or parts passed towards completion
