JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Provide Executive Management & the Board of Directors with transparent reporting of results and forecasts, highlighting significant assumptions as well as risks and opportunities
• Assist in preparation of annual operating expense budget
• Own the annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and business review processes
• Update budgets with details of actual monthly results and variance analysis
• Maintain complex financial models in Excel to analyze and report on compensation programs
• Conduct robust business reviews for the compensation planning cycle, focusing on compensation impacts of new business, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives with analytics to support complex business-making decisions

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years FPA experience
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, full PnL
• Strong experience with Excel (including v-lookups, pivot tables, macros)
• Hyperion+
