A well known health service center is looking for a Spanish-speaking Guest Navigator to join their team. This is a full time role in a healthcare setting working with patients!  


Compensation : $18 - $22

Job Function:

  • Consult with medical staff to link patients to services through the provision of ancillaries such as translation, transportation assistance and application assistance.
  • Facilitates patient appointments within different departments and outside agencies. Follows procedures for referring patients to different departments and outside agencies, utilizing preferred provider lists
  • Assist patient in overcoming obstacles that would prevent them from receiving needed referrals.
  • Responsible for facilitating patients to appropriate referred agencies, with specific focus on referrals to specialty care and public health insurance programs, as needed and appropriate; track progress in eCW and alert providers
  • Answer patient questions to clarify provider instructions, procedures and referral needs.
  • Responsible for transmitting all necessary clinical information available to specialist for referral; obtains consultant reports; obtains consent for release of information.
  • Review open referrals for upcoming medical appointments and provide to clinical team


Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Reception/Patient Services experience - Preferred Healthcare
  • High School Diploma  
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
