Fast-growing, boutique private entertainment and business management with the entertainment industry seeks a Full-Charge Bookkeeper for their NYC office. The firm specializing in client interfacing and relationships within the sports, film and television industries.

Compensation : $80000 - $90000

Job Function:
- Maintain daily cash management for high net worth businesses and individuals in the entertainment industry. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for corporate and individual clients
- Assist in the monthly closing of financial statements including review of g/l, reconciliation of intercompany accounts and recording journal entries
- Work with clients’ General Ledgers, Bank Recs, A/P, and A/R
- Process payroll
- Pay clients’ bills
- Communicate with clients and their advisors
- Prepare wires, ACH payments, and checks
- Flexible availability

- Minimum two years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, in a mid-sized CPA or Business Management Accounting Firm required
- Motivated, self-starter
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Have terrific communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to problem solve, thinking both creatively and logically
- Professional appearance
- Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with paychex
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong proficiency with Ajilink and/or DataFaction and DF Imaging a plus
