Pioneer in the FINTECH space is looking to add a Business Analyst to their Enterprise Risk Team - this team has been growing consistently for years and is made up of top talent - all come from the biggest brand names in the industry - yet decided to join a leaner more collaborative environment where you can GET THINGS DONE. This role will be a second line of defense where you PROTECT the business and work with them instead of Auditing them.

The ERM Business Analyst supports the Enterprise Risk Management team in all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program, with a specific focus on supporting and enhancing the group’s risk metrics and reporting capabilities.


Responsibilities include:

  • Executing the organization’s ERM Framework, as well as facilitate interfacing with functional units to establish and communicate risk management methodology, processes, risk appetite and risk culture.
  • This role will support leadership during a period of rapid organizational change and industry advancement, as well as technical efforts such increasing use of the Cloud.
  • The role will ensure that the company appropriately prioritizes, manages and monitors risk by collaborating with several departments and defining risk ownership.
  • A successful candidate will contribute to the Risk Management program by bringing experience and first-hand knowledge to the enhancement and ongoing execution of the ERM program.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years IT Audit or IT risk experience
  • experience out of a public accounting firm IT audit practice or in house IT audit experience
