A global investment bank is looking to hire an Associate to their Capital Markets team.  


Compensation : $125000 - $140000
Job ID : 23166

Job Function:

  • Manage full cycle deal responsibilities, from underwriting and due diligence to closing.
  • Prepare and oversee detailed financial modeling, research and preparation of investment presentations.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, including preparing pitch presentations, attending conferences, networking dinners, etc.
  • Mentor junior analysts and review their work


Job Requirement:

  • Approximately 3-4 years of direct lending, principal investing or leveraged finance experience
  • Experienced executing transactions in a seamless, detailed manner
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
