Disruptive pre-IPO Mobility Company is looking to add a CFO to their executive staff based in New York City.  Reporting to the CEO of the organization, the CFO will own all aspects of accounting, finance, treasury and fundraising.  The CFO will specifically be responsible for:

Job Description:

Compensation : $175000 - $260000

  • Managing the next round of fundraising alongside the CEO
  • Partner with the executive team in decision-making as it relates to strategic initiatives and operational models with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of short and long-term planning and implementation of new strategies
  • Lead board conversations
  • Implement and enhance financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and controls to facilitate successful auditing and comply with regulations
  • Lead a growing team of 8 people and continue to build out the team as the company grows



Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of financial leadership experience, at a rapidly growing organization
  • Demonstrated success fundraising for a growing company through Series B and beyond
  • Excellent experience hiring, training, mentoring and developing staff
  • Experience in all financial and accounting functions  
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced startup environment
