Prominent, growing international PE/Credit Fund is looking to add to staff an Analyst, in the firm's NYC office. The role will provide the right candidate with strong technical skills, understanding the covenants and structures that are used to determine proper interest allocation, as well as trade confirmations and cash flow analyses.


Compensation : $80000 - $10000

Job Function:

  • The ideal candidate will main point of contact and expert for the firm's US CLO business.
  • Responsibilities include Compliance testing, reviewing trustee reports, and Collateral Management.
  • Candidates must have strong communication skills, as there will be interaction with Portfolio Managers and Legal.


Job Requirement:

  • 1-3 Years of experience  working with CLOs and understanding of the structure of CLOs and reporting
  • Strong Excel Skills.  
  • WSO is a huge plus, but not a must.
