Our client, a leading 1000-person asset management firm, is seeking to hire a polished Compensation Reporting Manager with global experience to lead their compensation team in NYC.   

Compensation : $200000 - $300000

Job Function:

  • Responsible for all aspects of managing and processing the daily operations of the Compensation Reporting Team including:
    • Payroll and Benefit Processing
    • Compensation Reporting and Analytics
    • Compensation Forecast and Planning
    • Administer the Annual Incentive Compensation Process
    • Design and develop Workday reports to be utilized by Management or Business Leads

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Compensation Experience within financial services
  • Management Experience Preferred
  • Workday Experience Preferred
  • Equity Compensation Experience Required
  • Strategic and Tactical Mindset
