A global alternative asset manager is looking to build out their compliance team. This new hire will report directly into the CCO and will work closely with Compliance Officers in implementing a firm-wide compliance program.


Compensation : $130000 - $160000

Job Function:

  • Establish and develop firm-wide compliance procedures
  • Work hand-in-hand with Compliance Officers in implementing the regulatory compliance program  
  • Prepare regulatory filings such as Form ADV, Form PF and other SEC requirements


Job Requirement:

  • Undergraduate degree, strong GPA
  • 3 to 8 years experience, specifically within buyside (asset manager, hedge fund, or private equity) compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to foster relationships, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail
