A very well known law firm is looking for a Contact Center/Document Validation Specialist to join their team. 


Compensation : $20 - $20

Job Function:

  • Assists current clients by supplying information on the status of their cases; completing the intake process in preparation for the legal team; verifying information.
  • Processing eligibility documents by inputting them into the various case management systems.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information and confirming expectations.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new litigation types and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Maintain databases for specific litigation.
  • Handle or direct all inbound communications using a variety of channels. (phone, email, mail…)
  • Overall support of legal teams.


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • University/college degree is an asset
  • 2 years of Contact Center experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in the legal industry, preferred
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Customer service experience, attention to detail, data entry skills, active listening, professionalism, and multi-tasking skills
