Rapidly growing crypto/finance firm is looking to add a "utility player" to their recruiting team. They have a variety of IT openings as well as a multitude off finance and corporate-related needs.    Incredibly dynamic and lucrative opportunity with a leader in their space!    

Job Description:


Compensation : $70 - $70

  • The contract recruiter will act as a utility player for the TA group. This person should expect to work on roles ranging from IT, Front/Back Office finance roles, and corporate function roles (admin, HR, accounting, etc.).
  • This is a full cycle recruitment role with little supervision.  

 

 


Job Requirements:


  • 5-20+ years' of corporate recruitment experience in a corporate setting
  • Strategic problem solving mentality when it comes to filling jobs and working with candidates/hiring managers
  • Strong ATS experience, ideally GreenHouse
  • Ability to deal with pace and a high sense of urgency
