JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Be responsible for the overall accounting function, including financial reporting and financial systems
• Maintain awareness of company risks, operational issues and challenges  
• Responsible for closing timetables, overseeing adherence to regulatory, statutory and tax requirements.
• Support the development of accounting policies and procedures
• Coordinate year end statutory, audit and tax financial requirements  
• Responsible for the oversight of the control environment, ensuring appropriate design and consistent execution
• Assist with systems implementations and enhancements  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 10-17+ years' experience with 5+ years of management responsibilities
• Big 4 or large public accounting foundation preferred
• Experience working at a large, complex organization
• Financial Services, Professional Services, Insurance, or related industries preferred
