Established and growing Healthcare Non-Profit organization now seeking Controller for a newly created role to help lead finance, accounting and reporting operations.


Compensation : $100000 - $115000

Job Function:

  • Manager and mentor a great team of Accountants and Finance Specialists
  • Analyze financial data and present to leadership, variance analysis, financial storytelling, etc.
  • Assist SLT with budgeting & forecasting
  • Support CFO with audits, finance committees, capital investments, etc.  


Job Requirements:

  • Experienced Accounting & Finance leader from the NFP and/or Healthcare industry
  • Major plus if candidate has Manufacturing experience
  • CPA a plus, not required
  • 5+ Years of Accounting experience, including managerial experience
