A Publicly traded BioTech firm is currently looking for a Controller to start immediately!


Compensation : $75 - $100
Job ID : 23312

Job Function:

  • Record and post transactions
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Prepare SEC filings including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
  • Manage bank accounts
  • Manage the firm's PEO


Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience at a listed BioTech company
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 10-Ks and 10-Qs experience
  • CPA strongly preferred
