JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Support and work directly with the Venture team as Finance & Ops liaison
  
• Manage the portfolio company valuation process
  
• Assist with management of fund administrator
  
• Assist with and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and audits
  
• Manage external tax advisors / review of year-end K1’s
  
• Respond to investor communications
  
• Perform ad hoc related tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of fund accounting experience
  
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and professionalism
  
• Desire for taking proactive ownership and initiative of projects and tasks
  
• Strong Excel / Google doc modeling skills
  
• Accounting degree, CPA a plus
  
• Relevant tax experience a big plus
