A diversified $100B Investment Manager firm is looking for a Corporate Actions Manager to run that function, help with trade support and strategic business analysis projects across the entire firm!   The fund has continued to grow through acquisitions and is looking for someone who can enhance the Corporate Actions group and own that process from start to finish! The role sits on a strong team within the Investment Operations team that sees very low turnover, as the company does a great job of investing in their employees!

Job Description:


Compensation : $125000 - $150000

  • Identify and communicate corporate action notices to Investment Managers, track responses, and communicate elections to custodians
  • Oversee the information, communications, and verification of all Corporate Action/Income events internally and with counterparties.
  • Work closely with other team leaders in Investment Operations and other internal business areas to ensure that the firm is meeting all necessary deliverables
  • Collaborate with teammates and colleagues to streamline processes and create efficiencies where applicable

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of related experience
  • Prior experience with corporate actions processing at a Custodian Bank, Asset Manager, or Hedge Fund
  • Experience in fixed income securities, equities, derivatives, corporate actions, foreign exchange and trade settlements
  • Experience in a multi-boutique or large investment management organization is a plus
