A Global Alternative Asset Management Firm has a newly created role on their Corporate Analytics Group that interfaces will all parts of the business, assists in driving reporting of Revenues and Expenses, maintains financial systems, and assists with AUM review/reporting.

Compensation : $160000 - $175000

Job Function:
- Review quarterly internal reporting deliverables to senior management, including Management Committee, Audit Committee, Board, and CFO Earnings Packages
- Responsible for ad hoc analysis on financial results and AUM metrics as requested from senior management
- Assist as needed with the review of monthly & quarterly AUM review and reporting process for all funds in accordance with the established AUM policy
- Develop a strong working relationship with Fund Controllers to ensure accuracy of reported numbers and improve working practices
- Advance and improve workstreams within Financial Reporting with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Work with Technology to identify, design and implement process and system improvements

- 6+ years of professional work experience (prior analytical experience in modeling or financial analysis preferred)
- Experience with corporate performance management system a plus
- Strong background and experience in excel with large datasets or implementation of data systems
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, will collaborate with various internal departments
