A leading global private equity firm is looking to hire an internal Corporate Strategy & Development Analyst to their team.

Job Description:


Compensation : $85000 - $100000
Job ID : 15690

Job Function:

  • Evaluate potential strategic investments for the firm, both for early and mid stage companies
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses, build and maintain financial models
  • Drive strategic financial analysis and spearhead competitor and industry analyses
  • Prepare investment memorandums for senior management
  • Work with portfolio companies and help with special ad hoc projects for senior leadership

  • 1+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel experience
