WCS is looking for a customer service representative for a construction company in Lynbrook, Long Island. 


Compensation : $20 - $20

Job Function:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls from general contractors, plumbers, and service customers
  • Connect with general contractors to create new job summaries and retain necessary information
  • Close-out all completed jobs and create close-out package; ensure all packages include all necessary
    documentation (i.e., warranties, manuals, Department of Health (DOH) letters etc.); accurately file and label all
    close-outs – gather information from necessary parties (i.e., general contractors, plumber, draftsman etc.)
  • Assist Supers on night service and overtime jobs
  • Coordinate material ordering for all jobs; provide necessary logistical updates to customer
  • Release material and tools
  • Assist with estimates by obtaining all necessary information (i.e., pricing, labor rates, scopes, and client details
  • Assist in checking that plumber tickets match work tickets by checking times/schedules and coordinating with payroll to address any issues; ensure scope of job is correct by consulting with general contractor





Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction/mechanical and/or trade industry  
  • Experience with MS Office applications
