Desktop Support Specialist

- Conducting on-site visits to end user areas to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
- Providing responsive and friendly desktop support for a diverse range of business and software development applications.
- Offering end-users technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise while researching alternative solutions for hardware requirements.
- Delivering executive level desktop support service, addressing high-priority requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user workstations and related hardware and software components.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical guidance for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing desktop support in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with a variety of business and software development applications.
- Ability to deliver exceptional support service to end-users, including executive-level personnel.
- Experience with Active Directory user management and basic network troubleshooting.
