Compensation : $80000 - $100000

Job Function:

  • Responsible for General Ledger management including preparation and review of journal entries, working with an outside CPA firm on month and quarterly closes, and ad hoc reporting as required
  • Managing accounts payable and cash accounts
  • Overseeing lot and house closings
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, bank draws, and deposits
  • Preparing financial statements for each single-purpose entity and on a consolidated basis
  • Coordinate with external service providers such as lenders, payroll services, insurance broker, tax preparer, and CPA firm


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting is a must have
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software is critical
  • 3+ years accounting experience
  • Experience in Real Estate Accounting is a nice touch but not required
