Leading New York City residential developer looking for a Development Manager with an architecture degree and construction administration experience.


Compensation : $125000 - $140000

Job Function:

  • Project Architect for leading real estate development company focused on residential new construction
  • Main point of contact for Construction Administration, early design and development phase
  • Attention to detail on drawings, software proficiency, ability to communicate effectively in design meetings

 



Job Requirement:

  • NYC Residential Construction and Design experience is a MUST for this role
  • MUST have a Bachelor of Architecture degree  
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team
