Our client, an investment family office with a focus on health resources, is seeking to hire a Director of Marketing to oversee a small team of marketing/sales representatives. The position is based in New Jersey, but remote. The position will require travel with frequent client visits and national conferences.

Job Function:
- Develop the branding, content and messaging to drive business growth
- Coordinate and budget public relations efforts, speaking engagements, sponsorships, etc.
- Publish newsletters, press releases, alerts, and video marketing.
- Manage relationships with the firm’s digital marketing / SEO and graphics teams (external)
- Work with digital marketing team to understand the impact of targeted campaigns and SEO, and recommend adjustments accordingly
- Responsible for monitoring social media- posting, commenting, reviews
- Develop pitches and presentations to increasing firm visibility
- Prepare and manage annual business development and marketing budgets
- Manage internal and external marketing resources
- Travel as needed to support initiatives and participate in events
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in order to build effective relationships across the board and exemplify a client-service attitude internally as well as externally.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information.
- Successful track record in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional writing skills are needed to develop dynamic promotional material, ensuring error-free copy.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing a brand across multiple industries
