Largest not-for-profit Elderly Care program in the nation is looking to add a Documentation Coordinator to their team. 


Compensation : $17 - $20

Job Function:

  • Report directly to the Director of Network Compliance.
  • Responsible for daily travel to different medical sites, engaging with medical staff at each site and retrieving medical records/visit notes in accordance with protocol.
  • Coordinating visits to the offices with the staff onsite, clearly articulating which records are requested, and resolve any issues/concerns with the retrieval of records.
  • Documenting all interactions/visits, adhering to HIPAA regulations, the review and accuracy of medical records, and providing status updates on the retrieval of records to management.  

 



Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Higher
    • Associates Degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • 1+ year work experience
    • Preferably with Medical Records, Health Care Coordinator, or Receptionist roles
  • Familiarity with Medical Terms and HIPAA a huge plus
