Our client, a 50-person quantitative hedge fund, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to help support a senior partner.
Compensation : $125000 - $175000

Job Function:
- Leads the prioritization of the partner's career including:
- Works closely with key stakeholders across the firm
- Ensure partner's schedule aligns with firm strategic priorities
- Ensure materials are prepared in advance for all meetings if required
- Confirm the appropriate people are included in all meetings
- Exercises consistent communication with the Executive team regarding updates, prioritization and execution on all scheduling matters
- Leads nightly team calls alongside the Executive team to review the schedule for the following day, as well as review all open items
- Leads daily/weekly calendar reviews with the partner which consist of:
- Succinctly, visually depicting a systematic view to the Partner of upside and risks
- Accurately communicates and actions calendar changes with the Management team, and professionals across the firm, to ensure all appropriate individuals are updated with the latest pertinent information
- Leads initial correspondence with all external and internal stakeholders who are requesting time on Partner's calendar- to coordinate timing, location and details to ensure seamless execution
- Sets the example for professionalism and being a team player by building strong relationships across the team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five or more years of experience as an executive assistant
- Exceptionally collaborative and collegial team player, who knows how to drive to a win as a member of a team
- Must demonstrate a proactive, positive approach toward task execution
- A persistent, uncompromising orientation around client service
- Sophisticated sense of empathy and listening skills
- Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary
- Exercises an exceptional level of integrity around confidentiality, discretion, and trustworthiness at all times
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to accuracy
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
