A Fast growing top ratings agency is seeking an Early Talent Programs Associate to join their team!

Job Description:


Compensation : $60000 - $70000

  • Internship and graduate program management; including orientation, learning series, trainings, presentations, developmental check-ins, graduation process and all related logistics
  • Manage university relations with the goal of creating a diverse talent pipeline
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify and recruit interns and recent graduates
  • Serve as an HR Advisor on all aspects of early career talent for your respective programs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and senior leadership on program execution, headcount, and conversion
  • Partner with hiring managers to impart best practices for managing and developing junior talent
  • Manage and execute incoming classes’ communication engagement strategy
  • Comfortable leveraging data and Excel to reflect program successes and opportunities for growth
  • Ensure programs are inclusive and reflect Fitch’s commitment to DEI

 


Job Requirements:


 

 

  • Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in either campus recruiting, program management or other HR related areas.
  • A strong aptitude for prioritization, attention to detail and a drive for exceptional execution
  • Strong relationship management skills and great communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Confident multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Solution oriented individual with creative problem solving
