A global fintech firm that resolves complex tech trade issues is seeking an Event Planner to join their Administration team. This individual will help establish clients employee engagement strategy and manage the planning, organizing, and execution of all employee events.

Compensation : $80000 - $110000

Responsibilities:

  • Determine clients strategy for employee events and engagement to help cater to our diverse staff and needs
  • Brainstorm ideas for events (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and manage flawless execution
  • Book and source venues and vendors, negotiate pricing, hire outside planners and consultants as necessary
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to create event collaterals and materials
  • Prepare and manage event budgets and end to end billing/invoicing process
  • Build and maintain exceptional and effective relationships with our preferred suppliers

Job Requirements:


 

  • 3-5+ yrs of experience managing large scale in-person and virtual events
  • A bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and proven skills and experience in negotiation
