Responsibilities:
- Determine clients strategy for employee events and engagement to help cater to our diverse staff and needs
- Brainstorm ideas for events (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and manage flawless execution
- Book and source venues and vendors, negotiate pricing, hire outside planners and consultants as necessary
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to create event collaterals and materials
- Prepare and manage event budgets and end to end billing/invoicing process
- Build and maintain exceptional and effective relationships with our preferred suppliers
Job Requirements:
- 3-5+ yrs of experience managing large scale in-person and virtual events
- A bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and proven skills and experience in negotiation
