Our client, a respected Asset Management Firm, is seeking an assistant to support the Managing Director and teams of bankers with administrative tasks, as well as calendar, travel, and expense management.


Compensation : $25 - $30

Job Function:  

  • Calendar Management of various executives and members at various levels.  
  • Domestic & International Travel Arrangements
  • Expense Reporting via Concur  
  • Assisting with adhoc projects as needed within various departments

 

 

 

 



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-5+ years of administrative experience supporting Executives within Private Equity & Investment Banking.
  • Calendar Management experience is required.
  • Expense Reporting experience, preferably Concur is required.
  • CRM Experience specifically DealCloud & Salesforce is a plus.
